 If you have arrived in Singapore and does not have a reservation made in any hotel, do not despair as the Singapore Hotel Association's Hotel Reservations Counters at the Singapore Changi International Airport will be able to offer you an immediate room reservation service.
These counters are managed by our subsidiary, Hotel Reservations (Singapore) Pte Ltd. The counters are conveniently located at the arrival hall of all the Terminals (T1, T2, T3 and Budget). Our reservation team is available 24 hours seven days a week to assist you with your hotel reservations for the day.
